Account deletion must be done from within the mobile app while you are signed in. This ensures only you — the account owner — can request deletion.
How to delete your account
Open the Yemame Serve mobile app
Launch the app on your phone and make sure you are signed in to the account you want to delete.
Go to your Profile
Tap on your profile icon or navigate to the "Profile" section from the bottom navigation bar.
Tap on Account Settings
Scroll down and tap on "Account Settings" to access your account management options.
Select Delete Account
Tap the "Delete Account" option. You will be asked to confirm your decision.
Confirm deletion
Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm. Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted.
What data gets deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed and cannot be recovered:
- Your profile information (name, email, phone number)
- Order history and transaction records
- Saved addresses and payment preferences
- Loyalty points and rewards
- Any linked shop or business associations

Open the Yemame Serve mobile app, go to your profile, and follow the steps above.
Processing time
Account deletion is processed within 90 days of your request.
